Conditions for Product Exchange, Claim, and Return

There is no additional service fee for exchanges, claims, or returns. These can be processed within 7 days of receiving the product.

Exchanges can only be processed for products sold by the official store of lekcdigroup.com. Products sold by other stores on marketplaces are not eligible for exchange or return.

The company reserves the right to refuse exchanges, claims, or returns after the 7-day period.

For an exchange or return, the product must be in its original condition, complete with all components, including the product tags, and in its original packaging without damage.

The company reserves the right to inspect the product before considering any return.

The company reserves the right to accept product exchanges in accordance with the policies and conditions set by the company.


Exchanges, Claims, and Returns are allowed in the following cases:

- Delivery of the wrong model or size to the customer.

- Delivery of damaged or defective products that are unusable, where the damage can be proven to have occurred during the manufacturing process or shipping.

- Missing components or parts of the product.
